CMK Defense was founded in 2023 by trial attorneys who knew the criminal justice system could do better—and decided to prove it. With over 30 years of combined courtroom experience, we handle serious misdemeanor and felony cases with one guiding belief: everyone deserves a strong defense and a real second chance.
We don’t take dozens of cases just to plead people out. We take fewer cases on purpose—so we can dig deeper, fight harder, and give each client the time and attention they deserve. Whether we’re preparing for trial, suppressing bad evidence, or pushing back on unfair charges, our work is grounded in strategy, empathy, and an unshakable belief in protecting people’s rights.
We also support fellow criminal defense attorneys with trial co-counsel services and jury focus groups, offering our creativity and case insight to help them get better outcomes for their clients, too.
